ABSN Program Admissions Overview

Enrolling in Misericordia University’s Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing (ABSN) program can get you on the fast track to a new career in nursing — but first, you must meet the ABSN admissions requirements. Once you fulfill the requirements, you can apply for a start date in January, May, or August.

Admissions Support

We know that applying and getting accepted to nursing school can be stressful, so we keep the ABSN program admissions process simple. Our dedicated admissions team works exclusively with prospective ABSN students. They’re readily available to assist you through the admissions process, step by step, beginning with a conversation to determine if our program is compatible with your educational and professional goals.

Your assigned admissions counselor can help you understand the amount of time and effort our ABSN program requires. Some compare the program curriculum to a full-time job.

You’ll work closely with your counselor throughout the application process. Expect this individual to stay in touch, offer you support, and keep you on track as you work toward a program start date.
