In terms of our nursing faculty, you won’t find a more dedicated group of scholars focused on academic excellence, service leadership, and professional preparation. In fact, our Nursing Department consistently yields high first-time NCLEX pass rates. Our Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) graduates achieved a first-time NCLEX-RN® pass rate of 88.6% in 2021.

By graduating from the Nursing Department at Misericordia University, you’ll be prepared to deliver safe, effective patient care in a variety of health care settings and work with an outlook grounded in the values of mercy, service, justice, and hospitality, whether you’re working alone or as part of a multidisciplinary health care team.

Why Is the NCLEX Pass Rate Important?

The NCLEX-RN® is a national exam all nursing school graduates must take and pass to receive licensure and to practice as a registered nurse. The first-time NCLEX pass rate of 88.6% by Misericordia University BSN graduates in 2021 shows that our Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing program is part of a nursing department focused on your success.
